 
 AMANDA E. SAMUELSAmanda Samuels has over ten years of experience in employee communications, marketing, leadership development and brand delivery. She has led communications for key corporate as well as sales and marketing initiatives including value selling, dealer engagement, executing integrated sales and marketing plans, new product launches and leadership conferences.
Her recent work includes supporting the transition to a new VP of Operations and creating a leadership council across seven operations in North America to drive organization-wide performance. To improve short-term performance and sustain change, Amanda helped develop a process to align division goals with corporate strategy, to strengthen commitment, and to build a strategic partnership between division and corporate leadership.
Amanda has worked cross-border to help a U.S.-based client understand cultural differences and overcome communication barriers to improve execution and ensure quality standards. She has also facilitated a major new product launch and developed an integrated marketing communications program that supported the distribution network by driving sales and building stronger customer relationships.
Amanda joined Gagen MacDonald from client International Truck and Engine Corporation (formerly Navistar), where as Marketing Communications Manager, she developed and implemented brand-focused marketing initiatives instrumental to the company's identity change.
Previously, Amanda managed marketing and communications for the U.S. subsidiary of Biora, Inc., a Swedish biotechnology company. There, she was part of the core staff that established the subsidiary, worked on major product launches and managed communications for the company's IPO. In addition, she was responsible for developing physician and patient education program materials and managing media, investor relations and employee communications.
