We have a wide-range of tools that we use to ensure that a company has the right people, with the right skills to get the job done.   

Another reason why we developed these tools is that we never want to overstay our welcome.  We want to transfer the capabilities to do what we do to your people as quickly as possible.  To facilitate this, we work to build understanding and skills in your organization, and partner with your people throughout the entire engagement.  Our goal is not lifetime employment, but continuous improvement.  We work hard to work ourselves out of a job.

Coaching, Development and Training Tools include:

Leadership Capabilities Assessments:  A foundational leadership and business platform with defined attributes and competencies specific to each client’s business, culture and leadership focus.  We also design and apply tools such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Spectrum CPI 260, CCL Benchmark 360, and 360 One-on-One.

Leadership Profiles:  Profiles that define of desired leadership attributes, behaviors and competencies that will enable an organization achieve its strategic objectives.

Leadership Development Plans:  Individual development plans that incorporate feedback and individual assessment data.

Leadership Alignment:  Processes to work with leadership teams to gain alignment around a company’s vision, goals or strategic initiatives by helping to uncover inconsistencies and recommend paths and resources to address the issues.   

Team Alignment:  Processes to help facilitate improved performance among leadership or cross-functional teams.  Includes the identification of strengths, clarification of goals, team re-structure, building trust and improving dialogue.  Our Consider-Dialogue-Solve Workshop is one approach we use. 

Communications Training for Managers and Supervisors:  Individual coaching or group workshop to develop leadership communication skills; incorporates role-playing for managers using a message platform.  Our Communication in Action® Workshop provides individual coaching and role-play for manager and supervisors.

Facilitation Training:  Training for facilitators and communications professionals to sharpen or develop facilitation skills with groups or individuals, including our Facilitation Workshop.

Individual Communications Coaching:  One-on-one counsel to executives to help them model new behaviors and increase individual and team effectiveness.
