Message Alignment and Delivery Tools

As the old saying goes…"People work for a paycheck but will die for a cause."  We find “the cause” in people’s work and link the cause with the numbers you need to hit.  To drive new behavior, employees must be connected to business needs on rational and emotional levels.  A cause – which takes emotional drivers and combines them with business objectives – will help articulate objectives clearly and will build a platform for employee inspiration.

To inspire action, strategy has to be translated into a message set is easy to remember and say.  We combine what management wants to say with what employees want to know. Then we provide the instruction to improve leadership credibility.

The Message Platform:  A tool that organizes messages so they are concise, simple to remember and easy to deliver.  Provides management – from the CEO to the front line supervisor – with a means to talk to employees so they will listen and act.  

Leadership Alignment:  In-depth interviews, review sessions and coaching to develop clarity and understanding of the strategy, message platform and to ensure that resources and support for key initiatives are in place.
