ROSE R. GAILEY

Rose Gailey brings to client engagements over 20 years experience in Executive Coaching, Executive Assessment, Leadership Development, Organizational Development and Design, and Group Facilitation.  She has additional expertise in HR systems development and integration.  Rose has applied her experience in building strong partnerships with client Executive Teams, HR organizations, OD departments, and operations leaders.

Rose has partnered with clients to impact their bottom line at all levels of their organizations through cultural transformation, building leadership capacity and bench-strength development programs, strategic planning and has partnered to create sustainable learning organizations.  Several career highlights include leading the partnership for International Truck and Engine Corporation's business transformation as Senior Engagement Leader for Senn-Delaney Leadership, partnering to design and implement a Corporate University for International Truck and Engine Corporation built on the company's business model and working with Hitachi Data Systems to create an integrated approach to building leadership bench strength.  Her career has involved bilingual facilitation and coaching throughout Latin America.  Living in El Paso, Texas on the border with Mexico, she has come to value the impact of two cultures on communities, organizations and individuals.  She brings fluency in the Spanish language and cultural sensitivity to Gagen MacDonald's work with multinational companies. During her career, Rose has had the privilege of working with Bristol-Myers Squibb, British Gas TransCo, Michigan Capital, Compaq Computers, Hitachi Data Systems, KFC, Taco Bell, Navistar, Pacific Bell, QVC, and British Telecom.

Having a strong commitment to her community, she also worked with a number of local and national agencies including:  the YWCA Paso Del Norte Region, YWCA National Coordinating Board, Columbia College in Chicago, IL, El Paso Opera, El Paso Diocese Foundation Board, Loretto Academy Board, and Candelighters Board.
