SHERRY SCOTT

With results-driven experience in change management, strategic planning, labor communications, management alignment, and employee and corporate communications, Sherry Scott has served many of Gagen MacDonald’s clients, including American Standard, Baxter International, Coors Brewing Company, International Truck and Engine Corporation, Payless ShoeSource, Seyfarth Shaw, Thomas & Betts and United Airlines.

For United Airlines, Sherry partnered with the company’s Information Services Division to create an internal strategic communications plan for leadership in support of efforts to transform IT to be a competitive advantage for United. She also has provided communications support to the Sales Division as they refocus their efforts on how they best partner with customers to deliver value and service, while optimizing revenue performance.

Prior to joining Gagen MacDonald, Sherry ran internal communications for International Truck and Engine Corporation (formerly Navistar), where she was responsible for development, design and implementation of a number of employee, corporate and leadership communications programs to achieve corporate strategies and drive company performance. While at then-Navistar, she also was one of 25 employees selected by the CEO to serve as a member of the culture change advisory team responsible for helping executive management drive culture change throughout the organization. She previously worked for a major global public relations firm.
